Inspired by the principles of Scandinavian architecture, the residence Na Mariánské cestě in Brandýs nad Labem provides a lavish public space full of greenery and nice corners – with a community garden, playground, barbecue, sauna and other leisure options.

We designed the Brno residence Starý pivovar for the needs of family housing. In this quiet area with a park out front you can keep an eye on the children from your balcony or terrace.

For the Stará Residence in Brno-Zábrdovice, we took inspiration in vertical facades. Thanks to large-scale planters and a common terrace in the courtyard, we managed to get maximum greenery even in the historical part of Brno.

One of the Scandinavian inspirations. The services of the Lesní Stráně Mountain Apartments in Jeseník will include a unique forest wellness center with natural spring water, in a nod to the ideas of Austrian doctor Vincenz Priessnitz.

The unconventional solution of the receding façade of the Domino apartment house in Brno allows significantly more light to enter the interiors. And it brought the architects from RAW Studio a nomination for the prestigious Mies van der Rohe Award (2019).

The Hvězdová Residence is the epitome of modern living. Not only because each apartment has at least one fully glazed wall, but also thanks to the strict geometry of the façade, which has an unusual lava design.

The architecture and design of our mountain apartments is based on the principles of traditional architecture, which we have enriched with modern elements. Filipovice Apartments combine traditional shingles with bold colours.

No one doubts that green spaces do the body and soul good, which is why we try to incorporate them into our projects wherever possible. We work with landscape architects to design the area around our houses for maximum biodiversity in trees, flower beds and garden areas. Some projects also include community gardens.

We strive to retain as much rainwater as possible, which has a major impact on the healthy microclimate of our projects. A significant part of the rainfall is retained by green roofs. Where conditions allow, we build retention basins and other water areas that we use for watering. We encourage natural water infiltration in parks and front gardens.

If demolition works are part of the project, we try to make the best possible use of construction waste in accordance with the principles of circular economy. Some of the material is crushed and reused on site, while the rest is sorted or crushed for reuse. In greenfield construction, topsoil is reused for planting greenery.

We do everything we can to keep energy requirements to a minimum. We combine modern technologies: we use photovoltaic or solar panels for heating and electricity generation, and install heat pumps or grey water recovery units where possible. Naturally, the aim is also to keep heat loss as low as possible.

We expect that in the near future, most of the inhabitants of our residences will need to charge their electric vehicles. At the same time, we take into account the needs of those who choose other means of transport. Our projects include secure bicycle storage facilities with service rooms, and in larger cities we are seeking to install racks for shared bikes or scooters. 

Every building influences life in and around it. We want our projects to benefit the residents in the neighbourhood. In coordination with municipal representatives, we contribute to local development – building schools, renovating public spaces, etc. And we firmly believe that local residents will appreciate it when our projects bring new businesses and services to the area.

...which is why we incorporate plenty of spaces for neighbors to meet and spend time together. We focus on the quality of common spaces, including shared terraces, barbecue areas or even community gardens. Larger residences also include co-working spaces and a range of useful services such as storage boxes or green box delivery. We build homes for people looking for a place to really live – not just a place to sleep.

We emphasize the timelessness of the architecture by selecting first-class, proven materials. We carefully monitor the quality of construction and other parts to ensure that the result is perfect under all circumstances. When we have the opportunity and good references, we work with local craftsmen and contractors.
