Residential complex with courtyard full of greenery
We are planning a conversion of the area of former bakery factory Dělnické pekárny into a residential complex with a private garden, a project absolutely unique in the context of the city of Brno. In the middle of the historical district, situated in the immediate vicinity of the city centre, a modern housing estate will be built,. It will offer more than 250 units with various dispositions ranging from small flats to to luxury apartments with a unique view of the city skyline.
The pair of new buildings on Bratislavská Street (where we also plan attractive commercial premises) will be complemented by several townhouses located in a private courtyard. This will provide the residents a calm and safe place for relaxing or spending time with friends and neighbors. Our ambition is to bring to Brno a housing trend, sought-after in all European capitals, of living in pleasant community courtyards, that form a green, restless oasis in the context of a vibrant city environment.
Revival of the district built in the First Republic era
The Zábrdovice district in Brno used to be one of the city's best residential districts in the time of the Czechoslovak First Republic (1920s–1930s). Thanks to the Pekarenský dvůr project, DOMOPLAN is currently among the most active investors in the district, returning it its former fame.
The project's design is pure and stylishly clean, reflecting the standards of attractive modern architecture. It will offer its inhabitants the maximum possible privacy and comfort of living, which is absolutely unique in the city center. A part of the project's standards are high-capacity underground garages and other accessories.
