Timeless living directly below Špilberk
A quiet place in the historical centre
Just a short distance from Špilberk, with a view of the St. Peter and Paul Cathedral, Kopečná residence is located in the historically most interesting part of Brno, in a quiet bend of Kopečná Street. It provides its residents with all the comfort of modern city living with a unique view of the surrounding greenery.
Follow-up of the interwar architecture tradition
The architectural solution by Atelier RAW combines proven elements of inter-war functionalism with modern architectural trends. The expression of the facade facing the street is formed by regular lines of belt windows, whose contrast with the white plaster is reinforced by black interfenestral belts.
Light-coloured natural travertine stone is applied both in the parterre facade and the interior of the common parts of the house. High-quality materials – e.g. wooden parquets or glass mosaic tiles – can also be found in the apartments.
Maximum living comfort
The layout of the apartment is designed is such a way as to provide the residents with maximum comfort. The living room opens up to the quiet courtyard using glazed walls with sliding doors enabling access to a spacious loggia. The residence contains 17 underground parking places, a common garden and a pram storage room. Each unit has its own cellar booth.
