The residence with a private feel comprising 14 apartments in the Brno part of Líšeň will offer living in a place with excellent service availability, yet only a short walk from the natural attractions of Moravský kras. There are kindergartens and primary schools, several shops, a post office and a number of restaurants within walking distance. From the nearby tram stop Novolíňská, it is less than a quarter of an hour to the centre of Brno.
Well-considered layout and apartments with a terrace
The residence includes apartments of various dispositions ranging from 1 kk to 3 kk, with an above-standard floor area and their own terrace as well as a well-considered layout. The design of the house, with its cosy brick facade, is DOMOPLAN's first collaboration with the architectural studio Knesl + Kynčl architekti, which will also be involved in our other forthcoming projects.
