What kind of bond is involved?
It´s the so-called public issue of bonds with a prospectus.
The DOMOPLAN 5.60/2025 bonds are issued as the first issue within the bond programme of DOMOPLAN investiční fond s proměnným základním kapitálem, a.s. (“DOMOPLAN FUND “) in the maximum volume of issued and unpaid bonds of 5,000,000,000 CZK or its equivalent in the euro currency, and a 10-year duration period of the programme, which was established in 2020.
The basic prospectus for the bonds issued within this bond programme (available here) was approved by the Czech National Bank by its decision of 18 September 2020, which entered into force on 22 September 2020 (available here). The final conditions concerning the issue of the DOMOPLAN 5.60/2025 bonds (available here) were duly communicated to the CNB. The DOMOPLAN 5.60/2025 bonds are offered by the DOMOPLAN FUND via the manager of the issue of these bonds, the company CYRRUS, a.s. (”CYRRUS“). In addition to being the manager of this bond issue, CYRRUS also acts as the administrator of this bond issue.
What does this approval by the basic prospectus by the CNB mean for me?
The decision on the approval of the basic prospectus by the CNB certifies that the approved basic prospectus complies with the standards related to the completeness, comprehensibility and cohesion required by the relevant European regulation on the prospectus and other relevant legislation, i.e. that it contains the required information which is essential for the investor to carry out an informed evaluation of the DOMOPLAN FUND and the bonds that are to be the subject of the public offer.
In approving the basic prospectus, however, the Czech National Bank evaluates neither the economic results nor the financial situation of the DOMOPLAN FUND and by approving the basic concept does not guarantee the future profitability of the DOMOPLAN FUND nor its ability to pay off the return and the nominal value of the bonds.
What does the bond finance?
The DOMOPLAN 5.60/2025 bonds are issued for the purpose of implementing the investment activity of the DOMOPLAN FUND. In other words, for the purpose of realizing investments in assets with an expected above-standard return and risk within the European Union, namely, above all, direct and indirect investments in immovable property, equity participation in other persons, securities, claims and other supplementary assets, with the investments being concentrated in the real estate investment sphere and only additionally without concentration on a certain economic field. In terms of geography, the investments are directed at the territory of the European Union and the large majority of the profit generated by the portfolio is further reinvested in accordance with the investment strategy.

Who is the administrator of the issue?
The issue is administered by the CYRRUS company. CYRRUS is a licenced securities trader and one of the largest brokerage companies in the Czech Republic. CYRRUS is a member of Burza cenných papírů Praha, a.s., a member of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, a member of Centrální depozitář cenných papírů, a.s. and a member of RM-SYSTÉM, česká burza cenných papírů, a.s.
CYRRUS is also the manager of the issue through which DOMOPLAN FUND offers and sells the DOMOPLAN 5.60/2025 bonds to investors.
Can this bond be bought by anyone?
Via CYRRUS, DOMOPLAN FUND will be offering the DOMOPLAN 5.60/2025 bonds to domestic and foreign qualified and other than qualified (especially retail) investors within the primary market.
How big is the issue, what is the minimum amount I can invest in these bonds and when will I be able to buy them?
The DOMOPLAN 5.60/2025 bonds are issued in the expected total nominal value of 100,000,000 CZK.
The DOMOPLAN 5.60/2025 bonds are offered within a public offer in the Czech Republic, from 11 November 2020 to 22 September 2021.
The minimum nominal value of the bonds the individual investor is entitled to buy is 10,000 CZK. The maximum volume of the nominal bond value required by the individual investor is limited by the total value of the bonds offered.

Only a qualified investor within the meaning of Sec. 272 of the Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds, can become a member of the fund.
