Apartments Filipovice is unique not only for its location, but also for its design and craft quality. This values were appreciated not only by the general public, but also by the professional jury of architects and real estate professionals in the 2018 Real Estate Project Award. The ceremony was part of the Real Estate Congress 2018, the Filipovice Apartments project became the Real Estate Project of 2018 in the Olomouc Region in all three categories.

he contemporary, almost minimalist, simple design of the buildings reflects the traditional morphology of the original architecture of Jeseníky region. We also refer to the history of the site by the facade of the apartment houses, which are completely lined with mountain-clad traditional shingles.
In contrast to the "soft", larch cladding that will darken over time, we use distinctive loggia spaces. They crystallize with a colored glass mosaic and, together with the square windows of the same color, define each of the houses.

In this variant, the selection is done by DOMOPLAN.
Extra paid fitting
Our clients can choose from a wide range of special domestic and foreign wall and floor tiles, sanitary fixtures, floor coverings and interior doors. When selecting such customized variants, the client is to pay extra charge corresponding to the difference in the price of the material, of the completion costs, including shipping, and the flat costs of discussing the change with our salespeople. In the case of more complicated laying of tiles and floor coverings or changes in the installation of sanitary ware, DOMOPLAN may also demand extra charge for more complicated installation and other required work.
Every change is feasible only to a certain construction stage, so the possibility to implement them is limited by given deadlines. For this reason, clients are advised to raise requests as soon as possible. For each project, the dates for reporting client requests vary and are always set during construction. In general:
- client changes including wiring changes in monolithic reinforced concrete structures must be claimed no later than 45 days prior to the start of concreting the ceiling above the first floor;
- client changes including disposition changes must be reported at least 45 days before the start of the masonry construction;
- client changes including surface changes must be reported at least 60 days prior to the start of tiling.
After submitting your customization requirements and paying the fee for processing it, a price calculation will be prepared. The price for the client change is always set individually depending on the recommended retail prices of the goods from our contractors and the prices of other related items. After receiving the price offer, you can decide whether you want to implement the client change. The change is then fixed in the form of an amendment to the Agreement on the future contract for the transfer of ownership of the entity.
Client changes are implemented only after the full price has been paid in accordance with contract amendment.
DOMOPLAN reserves the right to reject any change.
