The Kopečná Premium Apartment Building catches your attention with its attractive location. It represents a unique opportunity to live in a quiet, comfortable and exceptional residential building in the central, and historically most interesting, district of Brno.

The architecture itself, as well as the configuration of the apartments, is inspired by the best traditions of the Brno functionalism of the interwar period, as well as by contemporary trends in architecture. On the street side, the sides of the building are marked by the regular lines of ribbon windows, whose horizontality is accentuated by black window frames, with sections of black-tinted glass between the windows. The white plaster facade matches the building’s two-storey frontage, which is clad in travertine, a light, natural stone. This stone is also used in the building’s common areas – stair landings, entrance hall and lift entrance framing.
